To make sure your Wipup package gets to you quickly and without any hiccups, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly. Be sure to include all the necessary details so there’s no confusion when it’s time to deliver!

 

When will my order be shipped?

We’re just as excited as you are for your new Wipup nails to arrive! Here’s how our processing works:

• Standard Shipping Orders: Shipped within 48 business hours of purchase.

Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

 

How long does the shipping take?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times depend on your location, and here’s what you can expect:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Please note that these are estimated times provided by USPS and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on the amount of your order, your location, and the shipping method you choose. You can view specific shipping costs at checkout.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders come with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive the tracking information via email. If your tracking number does not update or work at all within a few business days of receiving it, please email us at hello@wipup.us with your order number, and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may contact our customer service team at hello@wipup.us to change your delivery address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address.

 

What if I don't receive my package?
